Needs Assessment: Understanding your world

The first step in any of our recruitments is to have an open, honest conversation about your company, objectives, and talents needs. That conversation doesn’t finish until we’ve understood your needs. Since you know your business better than we do, we share our briefing notes, so you can be sure we’ve got everything right.

Search & Selection: Finding the right people

Using a mix of advanced web tracking techniques and a sense of good old fashioned detective work, we identify people who fit pre-agreed criteria in terms of industry experience, company specific circumstances (start-up, restructuring), and who share your short, mid and long-term objectives. Above and beyond technical skills and experience, we work hard to discover the personal values and motivations of our candidates to ensure they can fit and flourish in your organization.

Negotiation & Onboarding

We provide honest feedback throughout the recruitment process, assist you in negotiating compensation packages, and continually engage with candidates during their notice period. We then support new hires throughout their first six months via our onboarding program.

Sustained coaching In partnership with Phidiae Coach Juliette Dumont, Audacity continues to support our candidates and clients throughout the first six months of employment with a coaching program designed to build both organisational knowledge and foster the development of soft skills to ensure the highest levels of performance, motivation and progress.
