Our client wanted to evolve from a strong boutique French practice into a change management team capable of operating internationally, without losing the high-touch, high-quality approach that defined its reputation. The brief required senior talent able to combine consulting rigour, client credibility, bilingual communication, and the ambition to help scale the practice beyond its domestic base.

We focused on senior managers and directors with both international exposure and strong interpersonal credibility. The search covered competitor change management consultancies as well as transformation and HR leaders from the corporate world, allowing us to widen the pool without compromising on quality.
