After studying Management at the University of Bath, Max Maydon joined an Executive Search consultancy, specializing in Financial roles for listed companies and start-ups alike across Europe. Subsequently, he was appointed International Talent Acquisition Lead at Havas, where he was
involved in recruitment for all of Havas’ Media Hubs in Europe and America, as well as implementing, aligning and improving Group recruitment policies and processes. Max founded Audacity in 2019 with a desire to firmly anchor talent acquisition as truly global, strategic and crucial to corporate success.
